New Venue for Monarch Ball on March 13

The Fairmont Chicago is the new site of the 16th annual Monarch Ball, Resurrection Health Care's black-tie benefit set for Saturday, March 13, 2010, at 5:45 p.m. The Fairmont is located at 200 N. Columbus Drive, east of Michigan Avenue, between Randolph and Wacker.

Entertainment includes The Second City and the music of Rich Daniels and The City Lights Orchestra. Dick Johnson of NBC5 will serve as Master of Ceremonies.

Proceeds from the 2010 Monarch Ball will support Resurrection Health Care's TeleNeuroscience Project. Expanding the TeleNeuroscience program will enhance Resurrection Health Care's position as a stroke-care leader in Chicagoland. The proceeds will be used to acquire essential equipment that brings a neuroscience specialist remotely to patients suffering from stroke, brain injury or other neurological disease for rapid, brain-saving assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
